This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was spot on - nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood with plenty of nice restaurants around. It really gave off a peaceful and relaxed vibe. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was absolutely divine. The spread included a variety of local products, and the coffee was just perfect. Lastly, the attention to detail in the rooms was superb. The hotel really thought of everything, from providing ample space for toiletries and clothing to ensuring a comfortable sleep with separate beds. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel's location in a residential neighborhood was a perfect choice for a peaceful stay, with nice restaurants around. The area was quite but still central, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The attention to detail was also impressive, from the well-equipped rooms for toiletries or clothing to the twin bed arrangement which was comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast spread was a delightful experience with delicious local products and a great selection of coffee and tea.
The size of the room we stayed in, which was a bit small for a couple with a baby.

The location of the hotel was really convenient as it was within walking distance to restaurants and a bus stop. It was also close to a bike shop, which was great because we enjoy biking. The breakfast was one of the best aspects of our stay, especially the scrambled eggs and bacon. Another advantage was having a coffee machine available to make fresh coffee.
The bathrooms were small and not very practical for storing toiletries and clothing, and we found the floors to be quite squeaky. the room we stayed in was a bit small for a couple with a baby.

Andy, the host, made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. He provided us with helpful information about the area, including bus schedules and suggestions for walks. The view from our balcony was excellent, and the location was convenient with a supermarket, cafe, and pharmacy nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and Andy went above and beyond to make us comfortable, even providing medicine when I fell ill. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We spent an incredible Christmas vacation in a small town in Austria. the continental breakfast served every morning included a variety of foods and was a great way to start each day. the ski storage area had warmers for ski boots which was an added bonus.
The room felt a bit outdated and lacked furniture. Parking was limited and required us to park a bit away from the hotel, but it was a small town, so it was still safe.

We stayed at Haus Gertraud for our ski holiday and had a wonderful time. Tina, Andy, and the rest of the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and cozy, with a balcony that had a stunning view of the mountains. The location was perfect, right in the center but on a quiet street.
